Account Settings - Reports

1. Go to Account Settings

2. Click "Reports"

Go to the Reports tab.

Click 'Reports'

3. Click "New"

Click "New" to create a new scheduled report.

Click 'New'

4. Select Branch

Click here to select one or more branches to include in this scheduled report.

5. Select sending method

Select a sending method for the report - either by Email or FTP.

6. Email

If the Email sending method is selected, use the Recipients field to enter email addresses to which the report is sent.
Make sure to add a comma after each separate email address.

7. Send email test

You can use the "Send Report Test" field to enter an email address and send a report test to that address.

8. FTP

If the FTP sending method is selected, use the following fields to enter the relevant server login details.

9. Select Language

Click here to select the language for the report.

10. Select report type

Select which report to generate. All previous steps are relevant for the scheduling of these reports:

  • Daily Loyalty CSV – This report displays the amount of customers which signed up for Loyalty per day. The report shows the customer’s Phone number, Email, Name, and the date they joined the loyalty program.
  • Daily Receipts JSON – Sends a JSON file of the daily receipts statistics report to the selected sending method.
  • Daily Receipts Statistics – This report displays receipt statistics similar to the Daily Receipts by Branch Statistics report, with the inclusion of Region manager information.
  • Daily Receipts By Cashier – This report displays receipt statistics similar to the Daily Receipts by Branch Statistics report, with the inclusion of the name of the cashier associated with each POS for the day.
  • Daily Receipts Statistics By Region - This report displays receipt statistics similar to the Daily Receipts by Branch Statistics report, with the exclusion of specific POS, and
  • You can define Regional managers through the Stores tab.
  • Weekly insight report – Sends a weekly summary of different metrics to help users receive an insight to their receipt performance, and actions which can be taken to improve the overall statistics:
  • Digital receipts – Shows the precentage of digital receipts out of the total receipts generated this week, as well as the number of digital receipts in total and the precentage change from the previous week. Clicking on Show More will redirect you to the Branches Stats window.
  • Subscriptions – Displays the precentage of new subscribers out of the total amount of purchasing customers, as well as the number of new subscribers and the precentage change from the previous week. Clicking on Show More will redirect you to the Forms data window.
  • Socials Campaign – Displays the total revenue from offline purchases, and total number of offline transactions. Clicking Show More will redirect you to the Offline Measurement window.
  • Returning VS New Customers – Displays the number of unique customers, precentage of new and returning customers of those unique customers, and total revenue from new and returning customers. Clicking Show More will redirect you to the Customer Behavior window.
  • Accumulative Receipts Statistics Per Month – This report displays the monthly receipt sending statistics by Branch, POS, Total receipts, Total digital receipts, and percentage of digital receipts out of the total receipts sent. The top row displays the total number of branches, POS, and a summary of the statistic metrics.
  • Daily Receipts by Branch Statistics – This report displays the daily receipt sending statistics by Branch, POS, Total receipts, Total digital receipts, and percentageof digital receipts out of the total receipts sent. The top row displays the total number of branches, POS, and a summary of the statistic metrics.The first table displays the following information for each receipt:
    • Mobile – phone number associated with the receipt.
    • Transaction ID
    • Transaction amount
    • Transaction discount
    • Payment method
    • Transaction type – purchase or refund
    • Payment method
    • Transaction type
    • Electronic invoice – displays whether an electronic invoice was sent (true) or not (false)
    • Transaction items – the number of items in the transaction
    • Transaction date
    • Branch ID
    • Email

    The second table displays additional information for each transaction:

    • Mobile
    • Transaction ID
    • Transaction Line ID
    • Item Number
    • Size
    • Color
    • Total
    • Quantity
    • Item Name
    • Discount
    • Price
    • Email

    To generate this report, you must enter the server name, username and password, and file path from which to pull this information.

11. View report preview

A preview of the selected report type is displayed here.

12. Click "Save"

To schedule the defined report, click Save.

Click 'Save'

13. Scheduled report list

Scheduled reports are displayed in the following table.

14. Edit scheduled report

Click here to edit the scheduled report.
