How to Create Coupon Codes

This guide will teach you how to create and upload coupon codes using Weezmo.

1. Click "Receipts"

2. Click "Coupons"

Access the Coupons section.

Click 'Coupons'

3. Coupons Management

The Coupons Management window displays all existing coupon lists.

4. Click "New List"

To create a new coupons list, click here.

Click 'New List'

5. Enter list name

Enter a name for the coupon list. This is only displayed to system users, not customers. The coupon list name must be in English and can not contain spaces. Numbers are optional.

6. Download sample file

Click the link here to download a sample Excel file which you can use as a reference or base for creating your coupon list.

7. Upload coupon list

Click here or drag a coupon list file to upload.

8. Uploaded file

The uploaded file is displayed here.

9. Remove file

Click here to remove the uploaded file, and upload a different file.

10. Coupons list preview

Review the uploaded coupons in the preview section. Please notice that not all uploaded coupons are displayed here. This is only a partial preview of the coupons list.

11. Click "Save"

Click "Save" to create the coupon list.

Click 'Save'

12. Click List name

Click a list name to view the full coupon list.

Here you can see all coupons under the selected list.

14. Coupon column

The "Coupon" column displays the coupon code.

15. Receipt id column

The "Receipt ID" column displays the ID of the receipt for which the coupon was used. In this example, these coupons haven't been used yet, and therefore do not have an associated receipt ID.

16. Campaign Name column

The "Campaign Name" column displays the name of the campaign in which this coupon is used. In this example, the coupons have not been added to any campaign message, and therefore do not have an associated campaign name.

17. Date column

The "Date" column displays the date that the coupon was redeemed. As these coupons have not been redeemed, the date is displayed as "None".

18. Search coupons

Use the search bar to search for coupons by code, receipt id, campaign name, or date.

19. Filter list

Click here to apply filters to this coupon list.

20. Click "Filter By"

Click here to select filters.

Select a filter. The list can be filtered by campaign, redeemed, or date. Multiple filters can be applied simultaneously.

22. Clear filters

Click here to remove applied filters.

23. Click "Back"

Click "Back" to navigate back to the Coupons List window.

24. Redemption Progress column

In the Coupons Management window, the "Redemption Progress" column displays the number of coupons out of the total number of coupons in that list which have been redeemed by a customer.

Clicking the i icon will display additional details about the redemption progress.

26. Created Date column

The "Created Date" column displays the date on which each list was created. You can sort coupon lists in ascending or descending order by clicking the column header.

28. Additional Options

Here you can either upload additional coupons to the selected list, or change the list name.
