Changing the wording of the text message sent to the customer - guide
Under ACCOUNT SETTINGS click on BUSINESS ADMIN
Click on RECEIPTS
You can change the name of the message sender here.
The sender's name must be in English or numbers, and can contain up to 10 characters.
Here you can change and edit the content of the text message.
You can choose to insert unique data into the content of the receipt by clicking INSERT PROPERTY.
For example, some useful data can be: business name, branch name
To apply changes, click Save.
Rules can define different text messages to be sent to customers when certain conditions are met.
Click here to define rules.
Click on the plus sign to add a new personalized SMS template.
Edit the message content and then click "Add rule".
In the Select field, choose what condition must be met.
For example, if we select the BranchID, this message is sent to customers who've received receipts from the selected branch.
To have this message sent to all listings under the selected branch, select Any in.
Choose the desired branch
Finally, click Save to apply changes.
