No, unfortunately there is no autosaving... 

Assuming you want to save the campaign, you must click the Save button (if you want to exit editing mode), or click the Next button if you want to proceed in the steps of creating the campaign.

Please note! Clicking the "Save button" will exit the campaign editing screen
