NBO = Next Best Thing

This feature makes it possible to increase sales through a carousel of products adapted to the customers' purchase history. In fact, it is a smart algorithm that knows what to offer customers and maximize sales.
For example - when a customer buys shoes, they will usually also buy socks.
Please note - it is not possible to choose which products will appear in the NBO carousel

How does the algorithm work?

We collect the sales data from the digital invoices of the business.
The algorithm learns which products are most often bought with each other, and based on this information, chooses what to offer to customers (based on the products in the current receipt)
What are the steps to add the feature?
When we add the feature to the digital invoice, we will add the URL of the Catalog Feed in the relevant field (see video below).
The Catalog Feed can be online or in an XML file containing the following information about the products:
The SKU number
Product Name
The product category
the price of the product
Please note: this feature is only relevant if your business has an eCommerce store
and/or you have a product catalog on Facebook (you can use the same XML file that you use on Facebook).
